Here's the most recent picture of me, for anyone who wanted to see what I look like pregnant. I did mean to take more pictures but I just haven't. I promise to take a proper bump picture sometime soon. I think it actually HAS grown a little in the past couple weeks! Isn't that exciting? Maybe by the time I have the baby, people will have realized I'm pregnant. :) Heehee. Of course if I was standing in this picture there would be a little more to look at, not a whole lot more, but my bump does all but disappear when I sit down.Hey, I'm not really complaining. I like my bump. It's just the right size for me. Yay Baby Beaumont Bump! I hope she's cozy in there. My, she has a lot of growing to do in the next couple months. It's crazy. I wonder how big she'll be when she gets here and what she'll look like. It still doesn't seem quite real to me. Baby? Who's having a baby? *looks around*
Also, guess what we did? We actually cleared out our back room! Only thanks to Hayden's family of course. They all came over and helped us do it. I really should have taken a before picture but I don't let people go back there so why would I have taken a picture of that messy room of doom? :)
(Any room that's messy is the "messy room of doom". It's fun to say.)
If you've ever actually seen our back room then you can appreciate how much work it was clearing it out. Everyone else will just have to take my word for it. :) Hayden's Mum, Dad, brother and sister are saints! What was in our back room?, you ask. Boxes full of junk, quite a few old suitcases, many cardboard boxes, plastic bags, clothes and shoes to be taken to charity shops, gardening things (like two big bags of compost, seeds, pots,a few tools that had never been used etc), Christmas tree and box of decorations, um...lots of junk. A room full of junk. Some useful things or things we actually need to store with lots of junk thrown on top and all around. At the time there was no floor space to stand on in the room. Don't worry, it's not a big room, but still....
So anyway. Here's an "after" picture of the room all empty and waiting to be baby-fied. :)
It's hard to get a picture of the room obviously because it's small and narrow. That picture is from the door, looking left. The next picture is from in the room looking right.
It will be just fine for a nursery. I hope. :) Though the more I think about it, the more I think we're still going to have a hard time finding places for everything, but ohwell. We'll see how it goes. There's still a lot of sorting to do. The rest of the flat is still rather messy after the back room clear out. I'm trying to do it bit by bit after work. It's slow going. *sigh*
For now I better get to bed. Sleepy time. Nightnight everybody.

Never believe the time stamps on these posts. I've never figured out how to make it say the right time. It's now 21:45 GMT. Just FYI. :)
ReplyDeleteWell...if the comment time is right, why aren't the post times? My first post was not published at midnight. It was the afternoon!
